Most people think of getting sober when they hear the word recovery. We certainly do mean this when we use it. But we mean recovery in a much broader context. Some people have experienced trauma. There is recovery to be had from that. Some people are experiencing crippling anxiety and/or depression. There is recovery to be had from that as well. We focus all of our services on wellness, not illness. Everyone has challenges. But everyone has strengths, too. We focus on helping you identify the strengths that you have that will help you overcome your challenges. This is real recovery.
